Your case report would need to be around 1,500 words long, include a brief review of the literature to put the case in context, and be fully referenced in the Vancouver style.

Individual subscribers
For full online access register with the website and insert your subscription Customer Number in the Web Id section of your account. Your Customer Number appears in your subscription confirmation letter/email.
Blue padlock access: You will have immediate ‘blue padlock’ access as a registered user.
