Full institutional access to The Practitioner online
Institutional subscribers
For full online access, Librarians should first register with the website using an appropriate institutional email address and insert your Customer Number in the Web ID section of your account. Your Customer Number appears in your subscription confirmation letter/email.
Blue padlock access: You will have immediate ‘blue padlock’ access as a registered user using that email address. Your institution will always keep that degree of access even if your subscription expires.
Gold padlock access: Meanwhile, your Web Id will be validated manually by the editorial department. You will receive full access, usually in a few hours (within UK working hours).
You will then need to embed the email address and login password into your institutional systems to ensure access for your institutional readers is available.
For all enquiries relating to problems with gaining full access to the website as an institution ring the Editorial Department of The Practitioner, use the Contact us message option on the website or leave a message on +44 (0)208 677 3508 during UK working hours.
